The park is well-maintained, with clear signage and easy-to-navigate roads leading to the campsites. After a quick check-in, we headed to our site—a spacious, shaded spot surrounded by towering trees. Setting up the tent was a breeze, and we soon had our little home away from home ready for the weekend.

Exploring the Park

One of the highlights of Point Farms is its beautiful sandy beach. We spent our first evening walking along the shoreline, taking in the breathtaking views of Lake Huron. The water was clear and inviting, perfect for a refreshing swim.

The park offers several well-marked hiking trails, each providing a unique glimpse into the local flora and fauna. We decided to explore the Farm Trail, which winds through a variety of landscapes, from dense forests to open meadows. Along the way, we spotted deer, rabbits, and a plethora of bird species. The fresh air and peaceful surroundings made for a rejuvenating experience.
